CDC Packaging stocks several sizes and types of clean room corrugated plastic boxes. These boxes are wiped down prior to entering the clean room. Unlike corrugated cardboard boxes, our corrugated plastic boxes will not generate particulate.

Clean Room Closed Cell Foam
Clean rooms require the use of closed cell foams to prevent bringing contaminants into the clean room. We stock a variety of types and densities to address your varying needs. These foams can be hot wire cut, saw cut, die cut and profile cut to various custom shapes and sizes. When combined with our clean room corrugated plastic boxes, polyethylene film and clean room tape, we can create a 100% clean room compatible package.

Custom Made Bags, Covers and Barrier Material
CDC is a major supplier of bags, covers and barrier materials that can be custom fabricated in any size. We supply clean room anti static bags and covers which can be heat sealed. This creates a particle free environment to ship your product in. We also supply vapor bag material which, when combined with an anti static bag and desiccant, creates a clean, moisture free environment in which to ship your product.
